Binoculars are two identical telescopes placed side-by-side that are designed to point accurately in the same direction. Binoculars come in dissimilar sizes and shapes to suit dissimilar purposes. Widely employed for stargazing, bird watching, hunting, and fishing, binoculars are of great use to sport and nature lovers. Binoculars may be carried anyplace with you, from theatres to forests, from lakeshores to playgrounds.
It is necessary to protect binoculars from dust, mist, rain, fog, moisture, sunrays, fire, and fingerprints. Waterproof and fog-proof binoculars are now available. Nitrogen-filled binoculars protest water, rain, and moisture.
Many humans prefer to carry binoculars around freely, rather than in a case. Fortunately, the new weatherproof binoculars are fit for rough use. But the optical surfaces still need shelter from scratches and other damage. Under such circumstances, binocular lens protectors have to be used. Lens caps very often times get misplaced, so binocular companies attach lens caps to the binocular. The latest binoculars come with attached lens protectors so that you may use them year round, disregarding of time, climate, or season.
Binocular lens protectors drive water off the lens surface of both goal to be attained lenses and eyepieces, helping eliminate glare caused by water droplets. Water-shedding lens protectors have a particular coating that allows water droplets to bounce off the surface, which helps reduce repeated cleaning of lens. Most binocular lens protectors are replaceable. Thus, after years of wear and tear, a new cover gives your binocular lens a fresh fortification.
Some binoculars come with special fire coating on the lenses. This special fire coating employs innovative engineering that is designed to eliminate both infrared light and ultraviolet rays. Many binoculars come with a front cover, which protects binoculars from the rays of the sun.

Incredible value for birders, astronomers, etc. By Lisa Shea I am an avid birder as well as a star-lover. These binoculars are incredible! I have them on my table at all times to watch birds with, and they go with me on any hike or camping trip I take.
The introductory setup is super-easy, and once you do that, they are galore of the best I’ve used for tracking down and focusing on a moving object. A quick finger-toggle slides the focus for you without losing track of what you’re looking at. I’ve in fact purchased a good deal of sets of these binoculars for friends and family as gifts because they were so utile for me, and now I have a wide following addicted to these binoculars.
The effigy of course is fantastic, well lit and good sized!
If you have any sort of interest in nature, astronomy, sports, or just regarding anything else which involves observing objects at a distance, these are unquestionably the binoculars to try. You won’t be disappointed.

This is what is meant by the term – User Friendly! By A These binoculars are the easiest to use of any I have ever tried. The basi setting directions are simple to follow and then you may without any delay modify the focus from far to near with finger tip ease. We live on a lake and use them for bird watching. I may focus on a bird at our feeder and then watch it flying all the way to it is nest. I just touch the instant focus feature with my finger and do not have to take my eyes off it. I may watch a bird all over the lake with the same ease. You do not feel like you need an engineering degree to be competent to use these binoculars to their fullest potential. What a concept! Something that is easy to use and does what it’s supposed to do at an lowpriced price!

Excellent for astronomy By Corey Larson I purchased my 10×50 Powerview binoculars … after using a pair similar to these (Bushnell Permafocus 10×50). I liked the quality of the Permafocus, but not the price or the lack of focusing adjustment…you’ll need it eventhough the are “perma-focused”, so I decisive to buy the Powerview. I’m glad I did because they are built better, have a more or less better case, and you may see objects that are closer, something that the Permafocus is not capable of. Initialy, Bushnell was not my basi choice, but after research, they were my only choice. Buy these binoculars for the quality, price, lifetime warrenty, and ease of use. One thing to keep in mind with regards to high power binoculars, you may want to think in regards to getting a tripod and adapter (I made one out of a piece of angle-iron) if you want to see a steady image. Lastly, if you are just getting into astronomy and can’t determine weather to get a higher power than the 10×50′s, I’d say begin with the 10×50′s for the field of view and the more stedy image, and then if you still want more power get the larger ones (Bushnell 16×50 Powerview are available at Target for around not much more than these 10×50′s are priced at…worth checking out).
