4Not bad for price

I used this to mount UTG Bug Buster 3-9X32 Compact CQB Combat AO Scope on a flat top AR. The 2 worked well together. Mount puts scope at a good height. I may look threw scope with my front sight not being in the way. Everything locked up very tight and feels sturdy. I like the way the mount looks. The finish isn’t perfect, more or less uneven, but ARs aren’t in truth finelooking guns so I didn’t care.
The mount came without any instructions but it wasn’t very hard to figure out. When I was adjusting and tightening the screw which sets how tight the lever locks the mount the head of the screw started to get deformed and seemed a little soft. This didn’t cause a problem and I just guess I will have to have been gentler. Release lever does work good and though the unit wasn’t perfective comparable mounts coast over $100 so I am happy with it.

4A very high mount
By Tj Emsley
The quick release lever on this mount is precisely what I wanted. However, for the application I am using it in, the scope sits much higher than necesary. A half inch lower and it would be perfective in each aspect.

5NCSTAR Cantilver Scope Mount

I was looking for a quick disconnect scope mount and found it… and it was inexpensive (unlike assorted others I looked at). I’m not concerned with 1 moa groups at 200 yards so the slight variation in grouping I’ve seen so far that might be caused by mounting and removing the scope assorted times is not an issue to me. I realize it probably isn’t the idealisti scope mount for everyone, but it is for me.
